Ann Martin

Chief Financial Officer

Ann has more than 25 years of experience in finance, accounting and administration experience with a strong focus on financial measurement, risk and compliance, and continuous improvement. Her diverse experience includes strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting, management reporting, financial modeling, vendor negotiations, contract administration and leading global, multi-functional project teams. She has an established track record of improving business performance with strategic financial modeling and analysis.

Ann is known for her ability to successfully coordinate and execute projects through engagement of cross-functional partners. She has strong leadership skills and an infectious positive attitude. She has a collaborative management style with a natural aptitude of influence with all levels of an organization.

Prior to joining Book+Street®, Ann served as Vice President, Operations for Citi Securities Services and Issuer Services Operations where she managed a team of professionals responsible for the division’s annual budget planning, monthly forecasting, headcount planning and tracking, productivity tracking and cost recovery. She provided guidance and recommendations to senior management if productivity and financials went off track. She was also responsible for managing the technology financial plan, partnering with technology and product organizations to develop a strategic prioritization of the annual spend.

Prior to her move to Operations, Ann served as Vice President, Product Management for Citi Fund Services. In this role, she delivered key insights and financial models for strategic M&A transactions. She also provided financial control management for the division, developed competitive market analyses and created strategic pricing models for all new business deals.

Prior to joining the Product organization of Citi Fund Services, Ann served as Manager – Corporate Finance of BISYS Investment Services Division (a predecessor of Citi Fund Services). She managed the team responsible for monthly revenue and expense accruals and G/L entries, annual budget creation, accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Ann earned a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from The Ohio State University and is a Certified Public Accounting (inactive).
