Onboarding
Every engagement begins with an Implementation & Transition phase. We'll learn your business, organize your financial processes, review existing records, and ensure your systems are set up for success. An Implementation & Transition Fee equal to one month's recurring services is billed at the start of the engagement.
Three-Month Engagement
Our Flat Fee Solutions are structured as an initial three-month engagement, giving both our team and yours the opportunity to establish consistent processes and build momentum. Services are billed monthly in advance, with payments automatically processed via ACH or credit card.
Quarterly Growth Review
Startups grow quickly, and your finance function should keep pace. Every quarter, we'll review your company's growth, transaction volume, reporting needs, and operational complexity to ensure you're receiving the right level of support. If your needs have changed, we'll recommend adjustments to your service scope so your finance function continues to grow alongside your business.
