Holly has been a senior accounting professional for the past 15+ years and knows what it takes to navigate uncertain economic times, protect the interests of the company, establish solid internal controls, make employees feel valued, and uphold the financial integrity of the organization.
Within her leadership roles she has created business plans, budgets, and operating priorities during trying times, has worked with leadership teams to measure performance against goals, has produced unprecedented accurate and reliable records and reports, has reduced banking oversight through infrastructure design and leadership, and has mitigated risk through Workers Compensation and Drug-Free Workplace programs.
Process improvement has always come naturally to Holly. Education in business data processing and Six Sigma training - which included assessing needs, identifying process gaps, and defining solutions to eliminate errors and variances - provided further exposure to, and experience with, continuous process improvement. Her organizational skills have allowed her to drive the enhancements necessary to ensure sustainability for her former employers.
Holly has focused on leadership development including executive coaching through Compass Consultation, Leadership Training through CFMA, and the completion of the Rising Leaders Institute through OSU’s Fisher College of Business. She is regarded as a motivational coach, strong mentor, and personable leader and contributor.
Holly is accountability-focused and action-driven, and able to lead with a caring and dynamic style that is well received and rewarded with results.
Holly studied Financial and Managerial Accounting at Franklin University and Applied Business and Business Data Processing at Columbus State.
