Amy Eisner

Stock Plan Administrator  

Amy has 17 years of experience across various accounting and finance roles. She started her career as an Auditor in Big 4 public accounting, working for PwC and Deloitte, and has worked in corporate, small business and start-ups.  

While working in an SEC reporting role at DSW, Amy improved the equity compensation accounting and reporting process to ensure compliance with ASC 718, Stock Compensation. She developed the first budget/forecast for equity compensation expense and the expectation of basic and dilutive shares outstanding. She also created scenarios and utilized the Black-Scholes model to detail the effect of changing assumptions on stock option valuation and related expense. 

Amy graduated from the Ohio State University, Max M. Fisher College of Business, majoring in Accounting and Finance. When not working, you can find Amy at the stables riding her horse Edge.
